Space Symposium (Colorado Springs, Colorado)

Directed Umbra’s end-to-end presence at Space Symposium 2024 and 2025, the largest annual gathering of global space stakeholders with over 10,000 attendees.

In 2024, I led strategy, creative execution, and on-site activation for Umbra’s exhibit at Booth #711—including live SAR imagery displays, branded materials, executive support, and pre/post-show communications. In 2025, I returned with a fully evolved presence at Booth #310, integrating the go-to-market soft launch of Umbra’s new Space Systems business line, including positioning, messaging, and print collateral for flight-proven components.

In both years, I owned cross-functional planning across marketing, sales, and engineering teams, developed all creative and GTM materials for Umbra’s Mission Solutions and Space Systems offerings, and increased brand visibility among key DoD, government, and integrator audiences.
