Directed Umbra’s high-visibility participation at DGI 2025 in London, one of Europe’s most influential geospatial intelligence events, attended by senior defense, intelligence, and government leaders from 50+ countries.

Led end-to-end event strategy and execution for Umbra’s prime sponsorship package, which included:

  • Secured (2) Main Stage speaking spots alongside leadership from NGA, NRO, UK MoD, NATO, and Strategic Command

  • Pre-event email campaign to all registered attendees (exclusive sponsorship blast)

  • Branded 30-second video featured in the main session hall throughout the event

  • Seat drop sponsorship—designed to reinforce messaging and drive traffic to Umbra’s meeting pod

  • Dedicated meeting pod on the show floor to support scheduled briefings and partner conversations

  • Marketing Material design, production and in-hand logistics

  • Sales Enablement materials & presentations design & messaging

Oversaw development of event-specific creative, seat drop materials, speaker briefing content, and all brand assets used across digital and in-person touchpoints. Collaborated with sales, communications, and executive teams to ensure alignment across messaging, targeting, and post-event follow-up.
